VibeNest is a place for people to create their own corner of the internet, express themselves and share the things that matter to them.
We want to allow a broad range of creativity, identity, opinions and communities while protecting users from exploitation, fraud, serious harm and illegal activity.
These Community Standards apply to all VibeNest accounts, profiles, usernames, links, uploads, media, customisations and other Content.
They apply globally. Local law may require additional restrictions in some countries.
These Standards form part of our Terms of Service.
1. Our approach
VibeNest generally allows expression unless Content or behaviour creates serious harm, facilitates illegal activity, exploits another person, threatens the safety of users or violates these Standards.
Context matters.
Content shared for education, journalism, research, historical documentation, artistic expression, prevention, criticism or awareness may be treated differently from Content that promotes, glorifies or facilitates harmful behaviour.
However, context does not excuse exploitation, credible threats, scams, child sexual abuse, phishing or other serious violations.
2. Age and younger users
You must meet VibeNest's minimum age requirements to use the Service.
Users aged 13–15 may be subject to additional safety and privacy protections.
Accounts belonging to users under 18 cannot publish or promote adult or sexually explicit links.
Profiles aimed primarily at children or teenagers must not promote age-inappropriate services or material such as gambling, sexual services, dangerous drugs, inappropriate weapons content or other products and activities unsuitable for younger audiences.
We may restrict features or Content where necessary to provide an age-appropriate experience.
3. Sexual and adult Content
Sexually explicit pornography may not be directly uploaded, hosted or displayed on a VibeNest profile.
Non-sexual artistic or contextual nudity may be permitted where it is not pornographic, exploitative or sexualising minors.
Accounts belonging to users aged 18 or older may link to certain lawful external adult Content.
Where external adult Content is permitted, the profile must use appropriate Sensitive Content or 18+ warnings and any other age protections required by VibeNest.
We may restrict or remove adult links that are inappropriate, misleading, inadequately labelled or accessible in circumstances that create an unacceptable risk to minors.
4. Adult services
VibeNest may permit certain external links relating to lawful adult services when the account owner is 18 or older and appropriate Sensitive Content protections are enabled.
Adult services may not be directly sold, arranged or facilitated through VibeNest itself.
We prohibit Content or links involving sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, non-consensual activity, illegal prostitution, services involving minors or any other unlawful sexual activity.
We may prohibit or restrict an adult-service link even where it is lawful in one jurisdiction if its availability creates significant safety, legal or compliance risks elsewhere.
5. Child sexual exploitation and abuse
VibeNest has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse.
You must never use VibeNest to create, possess, upload, distribute, link to, request, promote or facilitate child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of a child.
This includes real, manipulated, computer-generated or AI-generated material where prohibited by law or where it sexualises or exploits minors.
Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors and attempts to move a child into an exploitative or sexual situation are prohibited.
Accounts involved in these activities may be permanently banned immediately.
We may preserve relevant information and make reports to appropriate authorities or reporting organisations where required or permitted by law.
6. Sexualisation of minors
Sexualising minors is prohibited even where explicit nudity is not involved.
This includes sexual commentary, fetishisation, exploitative roleplay, sexualised images, sexual requests involving minors and attempts to normalise sexual relationships between adults and children.
Fictional, AI-generated or manipulated Content may also violate this rule.
7. Non-consensual intimate imagery
You may not publish, threaten to publish, link to or distribute intimate images or videos of another person without their consent.
This includes so-called revenge pornography and applicable manipulated or AI-generated sexual imagery.
Threatening someone with intimate Content is also prohibited.
8. Violence and graphic Content
Graphic real-world gore or extreme violence may be restricted or removed.
Some violent material may be permitted where there is legitimate journalistic, educational, documentary, historical or awareness context.
Where appropriate, VibeNest may apply a Sensitive Content warning or other visibility restriction.
Content celebrating real suffering, encouraging extreme violence or using graphic material primarily to shock or intimidate others may be removed.
9. Threats and incitement to violence
Credible threats of violence are prohibited.
You may not use VibeNest to threaten serious physical harm, encourage others to attack someone, organise violent activity or express a serious intent to cause harm.
Content presenting an immediate safety risk may result in immediate account suspension and, where legally appropriate, disclosure to relevant authorities.
10. Hate and discrimination
VibeNest does not permit Content whose primary purpose is to attack, dehumanise, threaten or encourage discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
This may include characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or other characteristics protected by applicable law.
Discussion, criticism, satire, political debate and religious debate are not automatically hate speech.
Context and the nature of the expression matter.
11. Politics, religion and controversial opinions
Political and religious discussion is allowed.
Users may express strong, unpopular or controversial opinions as long as the Content does not cross into prohibited threats, harassment, targeted hate, illegal activity or other violations of these Standards.
VibeNest does not require political neutrality from users.
12. Terrorism and violent extremism
You may not use VibeNest to support, recruit for, fund, organise or promote terrorist organisations or violent extremist activity.
Operational propaganda, recruitment material and instructions intended to facilitate terrorism are prohibited.
Content discussing terrorism for journalism, research, education, criticism, historical documentation or prevention may be permitted depending on context.
13. Harassment and bullying
Targeted harassment and bullying are prohibited.
This includes sustained intimidation, stalking, coordinated abuse, sexual harassment, repeated unwanted targeting and campaigns intended to frighten or humiliate an individual.
Ordinary disagreement, criticism and interpersonal conflict are not automatically harassment.
14. Privacy and doxxing
You may not publish private or sensitive personal information with the intention or likely effect of exposing someone to harassment, fraud, threats or serious privacy harm.
This may include a private home address, financial information, credentials, government identity documents, private contact information or similar sensitive information.
The fact that information can be found elsewhere online does not automatically make every republication acceptable on VibeNest.
15. Self-harm and suicide
Supportive, educational, prevention-focused and recovery-related discussion of self-harm and suicide is allowed.
Content that encourages, glorifies or provides dangerous instructions for self-harm or suicide may be removed or restricted.
Content involving younger users may receive additional protections.
16. Eating disorders
Discussion of eating disorders for support, education, awareness or recovery is permitted.
Content designed to encourage dangerous eating-disorder behaviour, provide harmful instructions or deliberately pressure vulnerable users into such behaviour may be restricted or removed.
We may apply stronger protections where minors are likely to encounter the Content.
17. Drugs
Discussion of drugs, drug policy, harm reduction, addiction and recovery is generally allowed.
VibeNest may not be used to sell, distribute, source or facilitate access to illegal drugs.
Links whose primary purpose is to enable illegal drug transactions are prohibited.
18. Cannabis
Discussion of cannabis and lawful cannabis-related brands may be permitted.
VibeNest must not be used to facilitate unlawful cannabis sales or circumvent local licensing and age requirements.
Commercial cannabis Content may be restricted depending on the user's age, jurisdiction and applicable law.
19. Alcohol, nicotine and vaping
General Content relating to alcohol, nicotine or vaping may be permitted.
Commercial promotion or sale may be restricted to adults and must comply with applicable age, advertising and product laws.
Profiles directed at minors may not promote age-restricted products.
20. Weapons
Educational, historical, sporting, collecting and hobby-related Content involving weapons may be permitted.
VibeNest must not be used to facilitate illegal weapon sales, provide criminal instructions, enable unlawful acquisition or promote violent misuse of weapons.
Explosives and other particularly dangerous materials may be subject to stronger restrictions.
21. Gambling and betting
VibeNest may allow links or promotion relating to gambling only where the activity is lawful, appropriately licensed and restricted to adults.
Gambling Content must not target minors.
We may prohibit specific gambling services, links or promotions where licensing cannot be reasonably verified, where the activity is illegal in relevant jurisdictions or where it creates an unacceptable user-safety or compliance risk.
Fraudulent gambling schemes are prohibited.
22. Cryptocurrency
Legitimate cryptocurrency discussion, communities and projects are allowed.
Crypto does not receive an exemption from our fraud rules.
Rug pulls, wallet-draining schemes, impersonation, deceptive token promotions, fake giveaways, fraudulent investment schemes and misleading claims designed to obtain money or credentials are prohibited.
23. Investment and financial Content
Financial and investment-related Content may be permitted.
You may not use VibeNest to operate scams, impersonate regulated entities, guarantee false returns, fabricate investment performance or deliberately mislead users into fraudulent transactions.
24. Get-rich-quick and pyramid schemes
Fraudulent get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes and materially deceptive money-making programmes are prohibited.
Multi-level marketing is not automatically prohibited solely because of its structure, but deceptive recruitment, false earnings claims and illegal pyramid activity are not allowed.
25. Fraud and scams
Scams are prohibited.
This includes fake giveaways, advance-fee fraud, romance scams, fraudulent shops, fake customer support, fake investments, payment fraud and schemes intended to deceive users into sending money, credentials, cryptocurrency or other assets.
Serious fraud may result in immediate suspension.
26. Phishing, malware and malicious links
Phishing, credential theft, malware and malicious redirects are prohibited.
You must not use VibeNest to distribute malicious software, steal passwords, compromise devices, obtain session tokens or trick visitors into surrendering sensitive information.
Links that present a significant security risk may be disabled immediately while we investigate.
27. IP grabbers and deceptive tracking
Tools designed to secretly collect a visitor's IP address or other identifying information for malicious, deceptive or abusive purposes are prohibited.
Legitimate analytics and ordinary server logging are not treated the same as deceptive IP-grabbing services.
28. Hacking and cybersecurity
Ethical cybersecurity research, defensive security education and lawful hacking-related Content are permitted.
Content or services intended to facilitate unauthorised access, credential theft, malicious malware, DDoS attacks, criminal intrusion or similar unlawful activity are prohibited.
Context and purpose matter.
29. Counterfeit and stolen goods
VibeNest may not be used to promote or facilitate the sale of counterfeit or stolen goods.
Knowingly linking users to marketplaces whose purpose is trafficking stolen or counterfeit products may also violate these Standards.
30. Other illegal goods and services
You may not use VibeNest to sell or facilitate illegal products or services.
Examples may include stolen payment information, stolen accounts, fraudulent identity documents, illegal hacking services, unlawfully obtained personal data or criminal services.
31. Copyright and piracy
You must respect intellectual property rights.
You may not use VibeNest primarily to facilitate piracy or unauthorised distribution of copyrighted movies, games, software, music, books or other protected works.
Not every copyright dispute is obvious, so rights holders may use our Copyright Report process.
Repeated or serious infringement may result in account restrictions or termination.
32. Trademark infringement
You may not use VibeNest in a way that unlawfully infringes another person's trademark or deliberately creates misleading commercial confusion.
Fan, criticism and parody uses may be permitted where they are clearly presented and legally permissible.
Trademark owners may use our Report Violation process.
33. Impersonation
You may not deceptively impersonate another person, organisation, business or brand.
Fan, parody, commentary and tribute profiles may be permitted when it is reasonably clear that they are unofficial.
We may require misleading accounts to change their username, profile presentation or other Content.
34. Spam and platform manipulation
Spam and abusive automation are prohibited.
This includes mass account creation, bulk unsolicited promotion, link farming, abusive SEO behaviour, automated manipulation, repeated duplicate Content and attempts to overwhelm VibeNest systems.
35. Fake engagement
Manipulating VibeNest views, clicks or other analytics through bots, automated traffic or fraudulent methods is prohibited.
Profiles whose primary purpose is promoting fraudulent follower, engagement or traffic manipulation services may also be restricted.
36. AI-generated Content
AI-generated Content is generally permitted.
The fact that something was generated by AI does not exempt it from these Standards.
AI Content may be removed if it is used for scams, harmful impersonation, non-consensual sexual imagery, child sexual exploitation, fraud, harassment or other prohibited activity.
37. Misinformation and deceptive Content
VibeNest does not attempt to determine the truth of every opinion or statement posted by users.
However, we may act against materially deceptive Content where there is a substantial risk of serious harm.
This may include fraudulent medical claims designed to exploit vulnerable users, fabricated emergency information, illegal election interference, impersonation-based misinformation or dangerous scams.
Satire, parody and obvious fiction are generally permitted.
38. Parody, satire and fictional Content
Parody, satire and fictional personas are allowed when the context makes it reasonably clear that the Content should not be understood as an authentic identity or factual representation.
Parody cannot be used as an excuse for fraud, harassment or harmful impersonation.
39. URL shorteners and redirects
URL shorteners and redirects are generally permitted.
We may block or restrict them where they conceal phishing, malware, prohibited destinations or other harmful Content.
Repeated use of redirects to bypass moderation may result in account enforcement.
40. Sensitive Content warnings
VibeNest may require or automatically apply warnings such as:

Warnings do not make prohibited Content acceptable.
VibeNest may still remove Content or restrict access where a warning is insufficient.
41. Commercial activity
VibeNest may be used for lawful commercial purposes.
Users may promote businesses, products, services, affiliate programmes and external shops provided that the activity complies with these Standards and applicable law.
VibeNest is not a party to transactions completed through external links unless we expressly state otherwise.
42. High-risk products and services
Some products or activities may require additional restrictions even where they are not explicitly listed in these Standards.
VibeNest may restrict services involving significant legal, financial, safety, age-verification or platform-compliance risks.
This can include regulated products, gambling, financial products, adult services, controlled goods or other high-risk categories.
43. Ban evasion
If VibeNest suspends or permanently bans an account, you may not create or use another account to evade that enforcement action.
Accounts created or used primarily for ban evasion may be removed immediately.
We may consider reasonable appeals before applying further enforcement.
44. Behaviour outside VibeNest
VibeNest does not generally police everything a user does elsewhere on the internet.
However, off-platform behaviour may be considered where there is a clear connection to VibeNest or a serious risk to our users or Service.
This can include credible threats against VibeNest users, coordinated scams involving VibeNest profiles or external activity demonstrating that a VibeNest account is being used to facilitate serious abuse.
45. Enforcement
Enforcement depends on the severity, context, history and risk associated with a violation.
For less serious first-time violations, we may remove Content, disable a link or issue a warning before applying stronger account restrictions.
Repeated violations may lead to progressively stronger action, including feature restrictions, temporary suspension and permanent termination.
We do not operate a rigid three-strike system.
46. Severe violations
Some behaviour may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without prior warning.
This includes serious examples of child sexual exploitation, phishing, malware, credible violent threats, serious fraud, deliberate security attacks and other activity presenting a significant safety or legal risk.
47. Decisions and context
When reviewing Content, VibeNest may consider context, intent, severity, audience, the user's history and whether the Content serves a legitimate educational, journalistic, artistic, historical or safety purpose.
A contextual exception will not be applied where doing so would create an unacceptable risk of serious harm.
48. Reporting violations
Anyone can report a profile or Content through our Report Violation process.
You do not need a VibeNest account to submit a report.
Serious safety issues may receive higher priority.
Reports must be submitted in good faith.
49. Appeals
Where reasonably possible, users affected by moderation will be told the general category of rule that was violated.
Users may appeal eligible decisions through the Appeal a VibeNest Decision process.
An appeal may result in the original action being maintained, reduced, modified or reversed.
50. Rules not specifically listed
No Community Standards document can predict every form of abuse.
VibeNest may act against Content or behaviour that is not expressly listed here where it is clearly being used to facilitate serious fraud, exploitation, illegal activity, significant harm or abuse of the Service.
Where appropriate, we will explain the basis of the action and provide an opportunity to appeal.
51. Changes to these Standards
We may update these Community Standards as VibeNest evolves, new risks emerge or applicable laws change.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, account notices, email or another appropriate method.
The current version will always display its effective date and last-updated date.
