This Cookie Notice explains how VibeNest ("VibeNest", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use vibenest.app.
It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your browser or device when you visit a website.
Cookies can be used for purposes such as:
- keeping you signed in;
- protecting accounts and the Service;
- remembering choices;
- remembering cookie preferences;
- understanding how a website is used; and
- enabling certain third-party functionality.
Similar technologies, such as local storage, session storage, pixels and other browser storage mechanisms, may perform related functions.
In this Notice, references to "cookies" may also include similar storage or access technologies where appropriate.
2. How VibeNest uses cookies
VibeNest uses cookies and similar technologies for three main categories:
- Strictly Necessary
- Preferences
- Analytics
We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising technologies.
If this changes in the future, we will update this Notice and obtain consent where required before activating advertising technologies.
3. Strictly Necessary cookies
Strictly Necessary cookies and technologies are required for VibeNest to function securely and provide features that you request.
They may be used for:
- authentication;
- maintaining your login session;
- account security;
- fraud and abuse prevention;
- Cloudflare security;
- bot protection;
- rate limiting;
- password and account-management flows;
- remembering your cookie consent choices; and
- other functionality necessary to operate VibeNest.
These technologies cannot generally be disabled through our cookie preference tool because doing so may prevent important parts of VibeNest from working correctly.
Where the law permits, we do not ask for consent before using technologies that are strictly necessary to provide the Service or maintain its security.
You can still block them through your browser, but parts of VibeNest may stop functioning correctly.
4. Login and session cookies
When you sign in to VibeNest, we use authentication or session technologies to recognise your account and keep you logged in.
VibeNest may maintain your login after you close and reopen your browser.
Your session may remain active until:
- you log out;
- the session expires;
- your account credentials or security state changes;
- we invalidate the session for security reasons; or
- the relevant browser data is deleted.
Authentication cookies are used only as necessary to provide and secure your account.
5. Preferences
VibeNest may use browser storage or cookies to remember choices you make.
This includes remembering your cookie preferences so that we do not need to ask for the same choice every time you visit.
Some preference technologies may be considered necessary where their purpose is specifically to remember a privacy choice you requested.
6. Analytics cookies
With your permission, VibeNest may use analytics technologies to understand how people interact with the website.
Analytics may help us understand information such as:
- pages visited;
- general traffic patterns;
- referral sources;
- browser or device categories;
- approximate geographic information;
- feature usage; and
- website performance.
Analytics information helps us improve VibeNest and understand how the Service is used.
Consent
Analytics cookies and other non-essential analytics technologies will not be activated where consent is required until you choose to allow them.
If you choose Reject All, optional analytics technologies will remain disabled.
You can change your decision at any time through Cookie Settings.
7. Google Analytics
VibeNest may use Google Analytics to measure and understand general website usage.
Google Analytics will only be activated where we have the consent required by applicable law.
Depending on its configuration, Google Analytics may process information such as:
- pages viewed;
- interactions with VibeNest;
- referral information;
- device and browser information;
- approximate geographic information;
- technical identifiers; and
- session information.
Google may process information through its own infrastructure in accordance with its applicable privacy terms.
Rejecting Analytics cookies will prevent VibeNest from intentionally loading Google Analytics through our consent-controlled implementation.
8. VibeNest's own analytics
VibeNest also operates internal analytics required to provide features such as profile views and link-click statistics.
For example, when somebody visits a VibeNest profile or clicks a profile link, we may process limited information necessary to:
- count profile views;
- count link clicks;
- prevent artificial or fraudulent traffic;
- provide analytics to the profile owner;
- secure the Service; and
- operate core VibeNest functionality.
These internal service measurements are separate from optional Google Analytics.
Where an internal measurement can be performed without accessing or storing non-essential information on your device, it may continue to operate after you reject Analytics cookies.
We aim to use only the information reasonably necessary for these purposes and do not use these measurements for third-party behavioural advertising.
For more information about what data is processed, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Cloudflare
VibeNest uses Cloudflare for website delivery, security and protection against malicious or automated traffic.
Cloudflare services used by VibeNest may include:
- DNS;
- content delivery;
- caching;
- DDoS protection;
- web security;
- anti-abuse systems; and
- Cloudflare Turnstile.
Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security technologies where required to protect VibeNest or verify legitimate traffic.
10. Cloudflare Turnstile
VibeNest uses Cloudflare Turnstile across parts of the Service to help distinguish legitimate users from bots and automated abuse.
Turnstile may be used on multiple pages and actions throughout VibeNest.
It may process technical and security signals relating to your browser, device or network in order to perform this security function.
We use Turnstile for purposes including:
- preventing automated account creation;
- preventing spam;
- protecting forms;
- protecting login or account actions;
- detecting abusive automated traffic; and
- maintaining the security of VibeNest.
Turnstile is treated as a security technology rather than an advertising or marketing tool.
11. Cloudflare clearance cookies
Depending on VibeNest's Cloudflare configuration and whether Cloudflare challenges or Turnstile pre-clearance are enabled, Cloudflare may set security cookies such as:
cf_clearance
This cookie may be used to record that a visitor successfully passed a Cloudflare security challenge so that unnecessary repeated challenges can be avoided.
The exact Cloudflare cookies present may vary depending on our Cloudflare configuration and the security protections triggered during a particular visit.
12. Third-party checkout
Payments for VibeNest PRO are processed through Stripe.
When you choose to purchase VibeNest PRO, you may interact with Stripe's systems or checkout environment.
Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies for purposes such as:
- payment processing;
- fraud prevention;
- authentication;
- security; and
- maintaining the checkout process.
Cookies placed directly by Stripe when you interact with Stripe services are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie practices.
VibeNest does not use Stripe cookies for third-party advertising.
13. Third-party embeds
VibeNest profiles may support external content or integrations.
Where a third-party embed would place non-essential cookies or access information on your device, we may prevent that embed from loading until you have provided the necessary consent.
Instead, you may see a placeholder or consent request.
After you permit the relevant category and load an external embed, that third-party service may use its own cookies or technologies under its own policies.
Simply following an external link from VibeNest to another website also means that the destination website's own cookie practices will apply.

16. Your choices
When optional cookies are available, VibeNest provides controls such as:
Accept All
Allows Strictly Necessary cookies and optional categories presented to you.
Reject All
Keeps only technologies that are strictly necessary or otherwise permitted without optional consent.
Manage Preferences
Allows you to choose which optional categories you want to enable.
Rejecting optional cookies will not prevent you from using the core VibeNest Service, although certain optional functionality may be affected.
17. Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time.
Use the Cookie Settings link available in the VibeNest website footer.
Changing your preference does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before you withdrew consent.
When consent is withdrawn, we will stop intentionally using the relevant optional technologies going forward.
Cookies already stored on your device may need to be removed or allowed to expire where they cannot automatically be deleted by us.
18. How long we remember your cookie choice
VibeNest generally remembers your cookie preference for approximately 3 months.
After that period, we may ask you to confirm your preferences again.
We may also ask again sooner if:
- our use of cookies materially changes;
- we introduce a new category or purpose;
- consent needs to be refreshed for legal reasons; or
- your previous preference can no longer be reliably identified.
19. Browser controls
Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies directly.
Depending on your browser, you may be able to:
- view stored cookies;
- delete cookies;
- block specific websites from setting cookies;
- block third-party cookies;
- block all cookies; or
- clear browser data when you close the browser.
Blocking Strictly Necessary cookies may prevent login, security features or other parts of VibeNest from functioning correctly.
Browser controls operate separately from VibeNest's own Cookie Settings.
20. Local storage and similar technologies
VibeNest may use browser technologies other than traditional cookies, including local storage or session storage.
These technologies may be used for similar purposes, such as:
- maintaining application state;
- authentication;
- security;
- remembering preferences; or
- supporting website functionality.
Where applicable privacy rules apply to these technologies in the same way as cookies, we treat them accordingly.
21. Do we use advertising cookies?
No.
VibeNest does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural advertising technologies.
If VibeNest introduces advertising technologies in the future, we will update this Cookie Notice and our consent controls before using them where required.
22. Changes to this Cookie Notice
We may update this Cookie Notice when:
- our technology changes;
- we add or remove service providers;
- cookie names or purposes change;
- applicable law changes; or
- we introduce new functionality.
The latest version will always show its effective date and last-updated date.
If a change materially affects optional cookies or consent, we may ask you to make a new cookie choice.
